Adding Primary and Secondary Metric Scores to Question Responses

If you are measuring experience outcomes by using multiple metrics, add an outcome for each metric linked to a response.

If your learning experience uses both Primary and Secondary Metrics, then the questions in your learning experience will need to be scored against each metric.

For each question response throughout the experience, add an outcome for each metric by clicking the red/yellow/green button next to each response:

Choose the appropriate outcome for each metric.

In the example response above, choosing this response to a customer's question about which Smartphone to buy results in a neutral outcome for the Primary Metric, which is Net Promoter Score.

However, it is a poor response for the Secondary Metric of "Empathy", and an excellent response for the Secondary Metric of "Expertise".
